The blog will be shut down for the duration of the year. Review of traffic flow indicates that the announcement is somewhat unnecessary due to the anemic number of monthly visits.
However, the Blog does have a bit of a following in a some of the Nordic Countries and even more surprising, given what has recently come to light about the island’s inhabitants, an even greater volume of traffic is reported from North Sentinel Island - so yeah, that one is really a head scratcher.
New Search Bar
For the aforementioned and our few closer to home visitors, I would direct you to the search bar at the upper right hand of the page (if you are on a desktop or tablet – but not a phone for some reason) for the duration of the year.
The Search Bar is hyper aggressive in that it will (if the answer is on the site) show the result in the first few responses, then go on to spew out probably no less than 100 unrelated answers - isn’t that great!
Working with web designers, I’ve learned that a firm answer is really not a requirement of the profession and gained an understanding of the term floating (or perhaps disappearing) deadline.
No Further Discussion of This Post
Finally, I will not be discussing this Post any Longer: The greatest Christmas Songs of All Time
The reason is 2-fold. First, whenever the topic has come up in the past, the conversation degenerates very rapidly.
As I’ve matured and reflect, I’ve determined it was due to my lack of flexibility. The result has been (without fail) the loss of a handful of clients each Holiday Season, because either I’ve gotten pissed off and fired them for disagreeing or they have and fired me.
Andy Williams
But secondly, and even more importantly, I realized that I had completely forgotten about Andy Williams.
How, was this possible? He even had a Theater in Branson – BRANSON - and I still forgot!
Needless to say this omission caused me to re-think not only the provided answer on the Post, but pretty much every opinion I’ve ever had in my life.
With that said, I leave you with a few other greats and wish you - and especially all of our Clients - a very happy Holiday Season!
Andy Williams - "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year"
Johnny Mathis - "Favorite Things"
Mariah Carey "All I want for Christmas"
