New Website User Tips

Thank you for taking the time to view our new website! Please note just a few Customer Service features:

• Need an Id Card - It’s late Friday and you realized you need an Id Card to test drive a car on Saturday. Click the "Auto" Tab and look under "Customer Service Options" to request your ID card.

• You are an Employer with a Construction Project starting early Monday a.m. and realized you need a COI to enter the jobsite - click on the "Business" Tab – under the section titled "Business and Commercial Insurance Customer Service Options" you will see the link to Certificate of Insurance request.

• It is a particularly slow day when you are suddenly struck with an inexplicable desire to know more about Homeowners Insurance. Simply scroll over the "Resources" tab at the top of the page and "Free Reports" in the drop down box.

All of this is quite good, yes? 

As delusion takes hold, rainy Saturday mornings are envisioned with individuals spending countless seconds at our new website. A perverse disconnect between vision and reality may exist. However, I do hope you find it useful when needed.
